I cannot stop listening to this and D’Angelos Black Messiah. Don’t get it twisted sister, the lyrics to Mascara are deceptively clever. This song is about video hoes, not about Jazzy herself. Lyrics on fleek! Sounds like Frank Ocean and Brandy to me. Excited to see her perform live at Irving Plaza in NYC on March 11th.

The end is nigh!

OMG this year is almost over. Personally, it was a difficult year that I fought my way through (figuratively and literally.) Almost over that hump and looking forward to a better 2015. Monument

Have been looking forward to this video dropping ever since I had the opportunity to work with Robyn Konichiwa! I posted about this song and the chance to work with Robyn a few months ago. I remember hearing the track during filming of the Volvo spot and feeling very lucky to be one of the first, and now the video has been released!

Directed by frequent collaborator, Max Vitali. With production by another frequent magic maker, Royksopp, off the EP, Do It Again. “Monument” is there to enjoy and revel in the stunning visuals and beautiful message.
